ppvlp Terms and Conditions

1 Definitions and Interpretation

The following terms are used with specific meanings throughout these terms and conditions:

• "ppvlp" or "Platform" means the website at https://ppvlp.cam and all associated services.
• "User" or "You" means any person who holds a registered account on ppvlp or visits the platform.
• "Account" means the personal profile created through registration on ppvlp.
• "Balance" means the amount of funds held in your account (real money and bonus funds are shown separately).
• "Bonus Funds" means additional funds granted as part of a promotion that cannot be withdrawn before the applicable wagering requirements are met.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the obligation to place a specified amount in bets before bonus funds may be withdrawn.
• "Services" means all gaming, betting and related facilities provided through ppvlp.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Limit

You must be at least 21 years of age to use ppvlp's services. Providing a false age at registration will result in immediate account closure and the associated balance may be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Only

Each person may open only one account. Operating multiple accounts by the same person is prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all of them will be closed and any deposited funds will be subject to review.

2.3 Registration Details

You must provide accurate and truthful information at the time of registration, including:

• Full legal name
• Active email address
• Date of birth
• Mobile number

If any details change, you must notify the ppvlp support team promptly. Providing false information may result in account termination.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

ppvlp may request a copy of your national identity card or passport at any time. Payment processing will be suspended until verification documents are submitted.

3 Account Security

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) confidential. Please keep the following in mind:

• Do not share your password with anyone.
• Avoid logging in on public or shared devices.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact support immediately.
• ppvlp will never ask for your password by email or chat.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on ppvlp is ৳300. The following payment methods are accepted:

• Nagad
• Rocket
• Upay
• Bank Transfer (Dutch-Bangla, City, BRAC, Islami, Sonali Bank and others)

You may only use payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits through third parties are prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals are generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Account verification (KYC) must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request.
• The applicable wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• ppvlp reserves the right to suspend withdrawals in cases of suspicious transactions.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on ppvlp are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not accepted.

4.4 Transaction Rejection

ppvlp reserves the right to reject transactions in the following cases:

• Deposits from third-party accounts
• Suspicion of money laundering or fraud
• Incomplete KYC verification
• Violation of the platform's security policy

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

ppvlp offers new members a 100% first deposit bonus of up to ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10x (ten times). This means the bonus can be withdrawn once bets totalling ten times the bonus amount have been placed.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are applicable once only and cannot be exchanged or converted to cash.
• If a bet placed with bonus funds is lost, the amount will be deducted from the bonus balance.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless stated otherwise.
• ppvlp reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.
• If bonus terms are violated, the bonus and any related winnings will be forfeited.

5.3 VIP Program

ppvlp's VIP program has three tiers:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.5%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 1.0%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 1.5%.

Users can be promoted to a higher tier based on regular activity and participation on the platform. Full details of VIP benefits are available from the support team.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Betting Rules

The following rules must be followed when placing bets on ppvlp:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, ppvlp reserves the right to void that bet.
• Betting on cricket, football, kabaddi or any other sport will only be valid when the event is completed under its designated rules.
• In live betting, results depend on real-time data; ppvlp is not responsible for issues caused by disconnection.

6.2 Game Operation

All casino games are operated by a fair Random Number Generator (RNG) system. ppvlp believes in fair play and is committed to providing users with a fair gaming experience.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a game is left incomplete due to a technical error, server issue or internet outage during play, ppvlp will make a decision at its own discretion. In such situations, your stake may be refunded or the game may resume from the last confirmed position.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ppvlp:

• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Dishonestly claiming bonus benefits (bonus abuse).
• Playing games using automated software, bots or scripts.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or technical errors.
• Stealing another user's information or attempting to defraud them.
• Harassing ppvlp staff or the support team.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal purposes.
• Collusion or coordinating with other players to manipulate games.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the ppvlp website — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, databases and source code — is the intellectual property of ppvlp or third-party licensed property.

Without prior written permission from ppvlp, you may not:

• Copy, reproduce or distribute any part of the platform.
• Use ppvlp's trademarks or logos.
• Using the site's content for commercial purposes.
• Attempting to analyze or modify the platform's source code.

Browsing and printing the site for personal, non-commercial purposes is permitted.

9 Limitation of Liability

ppvlp is not liable for the following:

• Loss caused by internet disconnection or device issues.
• Delays or errors by third-party payment providers.
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, government orders, etc.).
• Loss resulting from the user's own negligence or provision of incorrect information.
• The operations of third-party sites or services.

ppvlp will not be liable under any circumstances for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. For any loss, ppvlp's maximum liability is limited to the total amount you deposited during the period related to the incident.

10 Account Suspension and Termination

10.1 Suspension by ppvlp

ppvlp may temporarily suspend or permanently terminate any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
• Evidence of fraud or suspicious activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or provision of false information.
• To meet legal or regulatory requirements.

10.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time through the support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed; however, bonus funds will be forfeited if the wagering requirements have not been met.

10.3 Inactive Accounts

An account will be considered inactive if there has been no login or transaction for twelve (12) consecutive months. In this case, ppvlp will send a notice to the support email and keep the balance secure.

13 Changes to Terms

ppvlp reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. In case of changes:

• A notice will be sent by email for significant changes.
• Continuing to use the platform after the new terms are published will be considered as your acceptance of the new terms.
• If you do not agree to the new terms, you will be given the option to close your account.
